We took my daughter's truck in for a recall notice. They took a long while to get to us and it was not that busy. Hence the four stars
Very bad customer service my mom was waiting to get service her appt was at 915am and three hours passed and still no service to the vehicle will be filing a BBB complaint.
We have a 2023 Nissan Rogue that has a Recall on a well known engine bearing issue. They have issued an additional 100k miles warranty and if the engine fails the engine would be replaced to placate us. They basically said that the engine could potentially fail and could potentially result in an accident. This Rogue and hundreds of thousands in our opinion is a Lemon!
