Scheduled an appt & get here. Nobody came out to my vehicle for about 15-20 mins. I finally get serviced and they go over the issue that the mechanic found, which was “a rip in my CV BOOT“ but that was it. Couldn’t get me any information other than it’s fine to drive still. It can’t get serviced now and I’ll have someone reach out to you to schedule an appointment Monday-Friday. That’s it. Still waiting on that phone call. It was a complete nonchalant experience. Giving them 1 star is over the top. TRASH!
This is the second time in 4 years that they have helped me get into a vehicle with my bad credit. They work very well with you and try everything to help you. I am so thankful that I was able to get help to get a vehicle again. Amen.
Everyone was great at this service dept. Issue with my Jeep is a fleet wide problem. I was quoted a very high price for repair but I was told by another service center that there was a "goodwill warranty" and when I conveyed that information to this service center, they applied it and I saved thousands $$$. ! Make sure that you check with the auto maker when repairs are needed! I kind of feel like these guys should have been aware of it too.

I can not recommend Jim Click for service. My first experience with their service department was nobody would answer the phone or return messages I left and it was more than once. I finally got through and got my Jeep in for service and was told by the service advisor that they had phone issues. Okay, I accepted that and maintained that I would continue to do business with their service department.
