Hyundai sonata
While the service department was very friendly, the work they did was subpar. It took 5 1/2 hours to do a routine maintenance check (change the oil, multi-point inspection). I finally had to leave before they finished a software update. THEY NEGLECTED TO FIND A HUGE NEST OF PACK RATS IN THE ENGINE OF MY CAR. I found that the next day, when my car became dangerous to drive; I had it towed to another dealership where they found the nest immediately. Took my Hyundai Tucson in for an overdue oil change and tire rotation today at Jim Click Hyundai in Green Valley. A shout out to Anna Dickerson, the service advisor, who did a terrific job of being attentive and moving the process along in a timely and efficient manner that made the service experience memorable for exceeding expectations.
