Other than the wait to get checked in, everything went well, as usual. All services were performed as expected, and the service writer went over the inspection sheet with me and explained any issues.

I recently had service done on my '23 Ford Maverick. This was my second visit to Jim Click Ford in Green Valley. To say the very least, I was very impressed from start to finish! Brianna Gutierrez, my service advisor, was truly amazing! Her attention to detail and her personal updates during my visit were above and beyond! The facility is also top notch! Comfortable lounge areas and a Cafe added to my pleasurable experience. I've been to many car dealerships, but this one is in a league of it's own!
We stopped off the freeway on a road trip from Columbus Ohio. Our tire pressure sensor light was on and we met with michael rodriguez. He stopped everything he was doing and realized we were on a road trip and came out. Assessed the situation and had the vehicle. Immediately taken into the back to be hooked up to the computer. They fixed everything. Let us know. We probably had a bad sensor and that it was safe to continue driving. We connot thank you enough for your time. And we would highly recommend this dealership.
