During routine maintenance which also addressed recall repairs, I had an outstanding experience with Anna in the Service Department. Anna was efficient and knowledgeable, provided me with realistic expectations of the time it would take and kept me informed of the progress. I was provided free Uber transportation to return home and again to pick up my car. Anna was a pleasure to work with and overall I was very impressed with Jim Click Ford & Hyundai in Green Valley, AZ.

Appointment was at 9:00 am for a scheduled maintenance for life oil change. I didn’t get out of there until after 12 pm. I was late to work and didn’t even get an apology. Three people arrived after I did and received their vehicles before me.
