Update, (a few years later) Communication is not the greatest. I have to constantly reach out to the service department to find the status of repairs only to find out that nothing has been done except diagnostic testing. My vehicle has been there for nearly two weeks. This is an extreme inconvenience. Feels like they don't care about the customer.
There phone service is not very user friendly!
Had to bring my car in for a under warranty transmission rebuild, service advisor Prince put me in a 2025 Ford Bronco courtesy vehicle for the duration of my repair so I could return my rental. For that, I'm eternally grateful. When I picked up my car after repair, everything went smoothly, and I am very satisfied with the repair, car shifts better then brand new.
Update: 6/19/2025. Oil Change / tire rotation. Met by Taylor M. Super professional, quick and kind. Taylor met me me in the service lane for my appt, had everything ready. Polite, professional, called me as soon as the vehicle was done - and sent me off with a freshly washed vehicle and a smile. See you next time Taylor, class act!
