Had five stars because 6 months ago they got me right in. I paid a diagnostic fee for a part I need for my radio, and ordered a couple reflectors that had fallen off. Had to change it to a one because they do not have a supplier to actually get the parts. What a waste of money for a ZERO result! Time to shop for a new car where the dealership can actually get parts. Maybe Toyota?

This dealership is truly firing on all cylinders and proving the point that a car acquisition can actually be a very enjoyable experience. Tobi was amazing to work with. I was lead to believe that my extended warranty that I purchased when I bought my truck that it would cover everything bumper to bumper, but that was false, I was told that hybrid truck battery was not covered so had to pay over $600, I as also told that it took the technician three days to figure out the problem but it was actually two days.
