Poor communication. Never had a good experience with Jim Click dealer and now collision center must be why it's worth driving to Phoenix.
Horrible communication. Each time I call I am given little information regarding my car and told they will “call me back” but never did. My insurance is also having issues communicating with them and have had to call and email multiple times to get the information they need.
Work was well done, and the service rep. Mr. P. Grijalva was the best part of the experience.
Avoid this shop altogether if possible. I've bought two vehicles new from these guys and they have no gratitude when I just stopped by to get a quick 5-minute Auto body estimate they wanted me to schedule for next week. Obviously they don't care about their customers or repeat business when I can pull into any auto body shop in town and get an estimate while I wait not have to make an appointment for a week later and delay my insurance claim. Another horrible experience with these control freaks
