Sam and the guys at Jim.Click collision are the best. I threw a two thousand two cadillac x l r at them , and it was a nightmare , but they stuck it out and did a great job on the body work and repair! I Would recommend them highly.
This body shop does great work. Sam did my estimate and did keep me updated when I asked. The whole office staff were very helpful. The shop did a fantastic job bringing my truck back to original condition, parts were installed properly, paint matched perfectly, I also had my faded hood and cab roof repainted and it looks like it was showroom condition. I would like to thank Sam and the entire crew for taking good care of me and my truck. Thank you very much

Poor communication. Never had a good experience with Jim Click dealer and now collision center must be why it's worth driving to Phoenix.
Horrible communication. Each time I call I am given little information regarding my car and told they will “call me back” but never did. My insurance is also having issues communicating with them and have had to call and email multiple times to get the information they need.
