the service department at Jim Click Jeep is the worst i have ever done business with. Right from the beginning the service tech was rude and made it pretty clear we were wasting his time. The part we needed was no longer made and the new part was quite a bit more expensive, so he said he could call around to see if any other dealerships had the part in stock.
