Osama Othman, finance manager, was rude and condensing to me - female customer. When I called him out on it to stop, did he apologize or even try to make it better? Nope. he TOLD me... he was not. so basically, I am a liar also. other personnel had to step in to keep the sale. Females and (some) minorities - take caution.
the service department at Jim Click Jeep is the worst i have ever done business with. Right from the beginning the service tech was rude and made it pretty clear we were wasting his time. The part we needed was no longer made and the new part was quite a bit more expensive, so he said he could call around to see if any other dealerships had the part in stock. Nothing but pure outstanding service and commitment., very impressive. And they actually know product knowledge
We came from out of state to purchase a new Bronco. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. They picked us up at the airport and made sure all the paperwork was ready to expedite the process so we could begin our journey home in our new vehicle. Caleb was on top of things and got me all the crazy things my bank asked for. Couldn't have asked for a better experience or price.
Very disappointed! I couldn't tell you how discriminated I was as a young female and to think I gave them a second chance just to get treated poorly. First time I was in parking lot and no one came out as 3 salesmen were watching me from indoors. Second time the salesman that I was given did a poor job on information on the vehicle and also poor personality. I would NOT recommend Piscke's in West Salem, Wisconsin if you are a young female!
Does anyone NOTICE A PATTERN ??? McInerenys get MOSTLY 4-5 stars for their sales people selling or leasing vehicles. BUT when it comes to the SERVICE DEPARTMENT its 0-1 stars. McInerenys your service department SUCKS!! You need to do some house cleaning regarding your service department employees. As for me and my family we will drive a distance to get treated with respect!!
