Not sure how many vehicles I have purchased from Jim Clark Chev Cadillac, .... many. In the past I have bought from other dealers and I will tell you, there is no comparison. From salespeople like Danny Amidon, to finance with Willie, to servicing your vehicle, they make it so easy. Have a problem or concern? We all know that it’s hard to find honesty, loyalty, and integrity in any business...let alone an auto dealerships..there once was a time when I thought Jim Clark Chevrolet Cadillac had all of those qualities and they cared about customers. that DOESNT seem to be how they do business ANY MORE!!! I’ve got to say, this has been the best car buying experience I’ve ever had at Jim Clark’s. Brytani Arnberger is hands down the best sales person that I’ve ever worked with here after purchasing several vehicles from this dealership. She’s friendly and cares about her potential clients, but isn’t pushy about selling you a vehicle. Genuinely cares about your experience and needs. So, if you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle... only ask for Brytani Arnberger, and if she isn’t present... I’d wait or come when she is.
I made the drive from Colorado to Jim Clark Chevrolet after working with Jerry Vinduska online. Jerry was EXCELLENT to work with. He is a down to earth guy that doesn't play the deceptive dealership games. I made a new friend while buying the truck of my dreams. Jerry was a partner, not a competitor for me. I'm not sure where to post a review but someone needs to know your employee at the body shop, Stan Schmidt, is totally AMAZING!!! We had a run in with a deer on the way from KC to Denver, near Junction City. Jim Clark Auto Body was on our insurance "preferred list" and I am so grateful. Stan made numerous attempts to get us a rental car from Hertz and Enterprise with no luck, they were less than helpful! He found a driver (Nate and his wife) to deliver us home.
