After 6 months of one disappointment after another trying to sell our first home thru another agent, Jim stepped up and had it sold in 17 days. During the entire process he was constantly in touch with updates and info, answered all our rookie questions (at all hours of the day and night!), and made us feel we were important and in capable hands. Jim brought a buyer very quickly after listing our house in Bear Valley Springs. He was there with us through all the necessary inspections, etc and kept us informed each step of the way through the process. We appreciate his attention to details and his help in getting this deal done.
