Me and a friend were going to rent a house and we went to look at it and everything and put a little bit down for a hold deposit as long as the landlord fixed the electricity within the week which he said he was going to. A week and a half later we go back over not a single thing had been touched and the electricity was still messed up. tried to get ahold of the landlord for three days in a row with no answer. finally get a hold of him and he will not give our hold deposit back even though he didn't keep his end of the barga... read more
I lived in one of his rentals and NEVER had an issue. No, the maintenance guy didn't come the minute I reported a problem, but, everyone of my problems were fixed! I even put up a fence in my front yard. I got part of it from Craigslist and had to pay $160.00 for the rest. I sent him a picture, the receipts for the fence and he not only refunded the $160.00, he also took off an extra $160.00 from my rent. (Not many landlords will do this for you.)
AVOID RENTAL FROM THIS COMPANY!! They have 0 regards for their tenants, we are not humans we are cash cows. They have completely ruined a property that i lived at happily for years in a matter of 2 months. they leave tenants without AC in 97 degree heat for days on end. Units flood, and are left un-repaired for 6 WEEKS!! They do not keep up properties and hire some fly by night handyman to make flakey repairs. protect yourself and pass on renting from this poorly operated business.
Its true what Alicia is saying, when they come out to fix the properties they do incomplete jobs or send the handyman to fix stuff and he just fix the problem for the moment after a couple of days its back to the same thing. Now my ceiling is leaking and i make my claim with them and they tell me that the roofers had came out a month ago to fix the roof....okay if they did then why every time it rains the ceiling leaks and I made my claim two weeks ago, now you know there is something wrong there.
