Jim Capobianco did a tremendous job in guiding us through our home purchase. If we had a question, he answered the call no matter what time (he thanked me for interrupting a wicked nightmare). Jim did a very good job of helping my mother sell her Condo 7 years ago. for thatI give him 5 Stars. BUT in the past month I have received many text messages (almost daily) asking me for a review for something he did 7 years ago. Each time I reply with STOP but they keep coming. So you need a good realtor, call Jim but know you will be receiving a lot of " junk " text messages
