I am extremely impressed with Jim Burke Lincoln (and Ford). I am a retired General Manager of 5 dealerships in Los Angeles. I moved to Bakersfield 5 years ago. I can only wish my stores were as great as this one, and all of my customers had the same experience as I did. Our service advisor (Brittany) was so professional but, nice and caring. The manager (Michael) greeted me with a warm smile and handshake. I highly recommend not only the dealer but the Lincoln as well.
We had a very difficult issue with my truck door, but after a few days they were finally able to fix it. I appreciate the help and customer service from the service department for fixing my door.
