They did well on replacement of the recalled parts. But did not inform me each day that my car wasn't ready. I had to call right before 5:00 and ask was it ready. They kept it for 3 days when I had to find rides to work.
I had a great experience at the Quicklane service center at Jim Burke. I was looking at purchasing a truck so I took it there for a full inspection. Robert did a great job explaining the results of the inspection, taking me through each section, and answering all my questions. I was able to make an educated buying decision based on that inspection and explanation. Thanks Robert.
