Upon completing an oil change, I discovered that oil had spilled onto the hood and grill of my truck, indicating a lack of proper cleaning after the service.
Bad service Open the truck in Monday night and didn’t get a call until Friday last week because he did didn’t know who to contact for my insurance by the way his name is Robert . I left my car with full tank and received my vehicle with an empty tank. I will never return and will not recommend to get out of repair and Jim Buck Ford ever again.
