Contacted me immediately by email and phone after my request for information ... Offered to review current inventory with me ... Responsive !
The person I was supposed to meet supposedly left so I had a different rep. He said he would take care of the lease I was trading for the Compass and because he wasn’t there, I never got that deal and had to make my lease pmts as well as the new Compass pmts. My phone calls were never returned, the lease I left there was returned 5 days later to the dealership when they promised me next day. Just horrible customer service.

Great experience. No pressure. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Took the time to explain all the buttons on highly optioned Buick. Love the lifetime warranty they give you.
While the dealership contacted me, they did not seem to be interested in my business. I asked a question and it took days to respond and the answers were not even complete. They have a two year old car sitting on their lot that is still considered brand new. Their lack of communication and motivation for business explains why.
