Disastrous Nightmare DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE MORONIC CLOWNS!!! This is for work "done" a few months ago. • They're rude and disrespectful beyond belief right from the very start, but naturally more so toward the end, and intolerably so after I had finally had enough and terminated their [emailprotected]!%!**#s. • Would only do 30 minutes of work a day sometimes, and only did 0-3 days of work a week. Last April our front-load washing machine malfunctioned, spewing gallons and gallons of water throughout the main floor of our house. Our wood floors begin to warp within a day and within three days the entire main floor was torn up down to the sub-floor; industrial sized fans were positioned through out the house and our walls were covered in plastic. We were lucky to have great insurance that was going to cover most everything but it was still going to be a major project that we would be living with for the next few months... read more

JBC did a fantastic job matching the color and pattern of steel siding for one side of our garage rather than having to replace the entire house siding. The workmanship was outstanding. The professionalism was refreshing. We highly recommend Jim Black Construction.

After our rental property cause fire in 2016 and we found out that the damages were so bad that the house had to be stripped to the frame and sub-flooring, we were at a loss and in a bind. Compassionate and Professional are the two words that describe Jim Black Construction. They worked well with our Insurance Company and communicated with us daily on the progress of asbestos abatement and reconstruction after a fire in my Mom's home. My mom is 88 yrs old and has lived in her house for 50 yrs - the finished project was beautiful and my Mom is back in her home. We recently had a water leak in our basement which caused flooding and called Jim Black Construction. A team was at our house within 2 hours with fans, dehumidifiers and spent the next several hours beginning the repairs. They returned over the next 2 days to check on progress and assess damages. They took care of all the damaged drywall, insulation and mess. They were very easy to work with, kept us informed and were very efficient. They made a difficult situation much easier and I highly recommend them.
