I LIVE NEXT TO A HOME OF MENTALLY CHALLENGED INDIVIDUAL THAT YELL AT ME COMING AND GOING FROM MY HOME ALONG WITH THE CIGARETTE BUTTS THROWN EVERYWHERE IN EXCESS. KUDOS to the staff at the Jim Bern Co. The weather right now is Hot - Humid - Muggy - and storms are coming - and TODAY - our Central Air dies :-( But within an hour of notifying the office - a repair man was on his way to assess the situation - and the office has us taken care of until a new unit can be installed next week
