If you need a house Derrick is the guy. He actually cares about assisting you in finding what you want. He is proactive with advice and helps you avoid pitfalls. He was very quick and willing to help me see multiple houses to make sure I actually got what I needed. You're doing yourself a disservice going with anyone else.
