I would strongly caution against working with Jim Armstrong at Progressive Real Estate. Throughout both my home sale and purchase, I did not feel properly represented or prioritized as a client. Communication was frequently poor, dismissive, and at times unprofessional. Phone conversations included raised voice, yelling, and belittling comments when I asked questions or tried to discuss negotiation strategy and options. If I could give zero stars I would, we were buying a house and moving from out of state and he barely checked in on us. I felt like he was fighting for the person selling the house and not for us, when he was representing us and we were buying the house. After our home inspection there were things we wanted to put in our contract to be fixed and he omitted them also told us we didn't want to add them in but we wanted to use them for bargaining power.
