Ordered 1 gallon pan of dressing and a ham (sliced) for Thanksgiving. Picked up the order (not cheap) on Thanksgiving eve at 4:30 pm. Got home in Opelika and decided to take a peak at the dressing before I put in refrigerator. Someone had already helped themselves to a serving (at the restaurant). We called to say we would need a replacement pan of dressing and they said they were all out and that we must be mistaken, that it was probably the way the dressing settled while cooking. Just left after waiting about 15mins at the window to get my food. I ordered 1lb of riblets, Mac n cheese, potato salad. I get to the house and open my box I have 1lb of burnt ribs 🤦🏾♀️. The last two times I ate here the food was terrible‼️‼️‼️‼️

Stayed in the drive thru line almost an hour & when I finally was able to place an order they had no more ribs & that is what I wanted.
I just went and ordered loaded Mac & cheese like I did like 3 weeks ago. And when I came last time they said it was available, I got it and it was delicious. Now all of a sudden their menu has changed due to Covid-19 which COVID was going on last time I came. And this time they acted like it wasn’t ever even a menu item and they didn’t recognize what I was talking about. I ordered me the beef brisket on Friday and when I bit into the sandwich there was a long string of hair in it.. I traveled from Tuskegee,Al to auburn to get the sandwich and it just disgusted me
Let me start by saying I grew up on Jim n Nicks in Birmingham and have always loved it. When they opened in Auburn and I was thrilled. Every time I have ordered food from this location it has been bad. The drive thru line takes forever, to-go takes forever, orders are constantly wrong and/or forgotten entirely.
