We had a wonderful experience as tenants with Todd and his team. Todd is a good listener, quick to take action, and a gentle and kind communicator. We had an unfortunate and stressful situation during our lease and we felt very taken care of and advocated for by Todd. He did an excellent job at managing the relationship and communication between tenant and landlord. This is the 3rd rental we have lived in with a property manager and it was by far the best. Highly recommend ❤️
Todd was our property manager for the last 3+ years. He and his team took very good care of my family. They ALWAYS responded promptly, no matter the hour. If I had the choice, I would have chosen another home on his list when we had to move, just to stay with his company, but unfortunately nothing was available within the area that we needed. Todd Jilot has been the property manager over our subdivision for several years. He is professional, organized and knowledgeable. Excellent landlord based on over 4 years experience as a tenant. Todd and Jilot Real Estate were always responsive, attentive to details, and most of all, honest and fair.
Very disappointed and unprofessional. I supposed to tour a house , did not receive a code to get in the house to tour it. I tried to contact the manager , by call and text no response!
