Red flags. Be careful working with them. Not communicative. They responded to questions before we submitted our applications, but then we submitted applications and application fees and then there was zero communication - they took the listing off the market the day after we submitted our application fees and then never responded to any of our inquiries after that. My experiece with Jilot Real Estate and the property in Hapeville, Ga. was extremely meaningful to me, and it is with mixed emotions that I am leaving. Life happens and when it does, things happen. I rented my first apartment out of college with them and I have nothing but praises. The price, The customer service, 100%. And They respond fast and fix issues fast. And maintained the security and cleanliness of the area. I unfortunately grew out of the apartment (I have a finance and a dog now a 1bed won’t cut it lol) but Im going to keep my eye posted on their site for availabilities and would DEFINITELY rent with this company again!
Todd was referred to me by a friend, and it turned out to be a great choice! He was very patient with all my questions, very knowledgeable, professional and top notch! It was an excellent, smooth, real estate transaction and he kept me informed throughout the whole process. House sold extremely quickly, and I was 100% happy! Thank you, Todd!
We had a wonderful experience as tenants with Todd and his team. Todd is a good listener, quick to take action, and a gentle and kind communicator. We had an unfortunate and stressful situation during our lease and we felt very taken care of and advocated for by Todd. He did an excellent job at managing the relationship and communication between tenant and landlord. This is the 3rd rental we have lived in with a property manager and it was by far the best.
