I had a horrible experience this past Friday, 10/9. I’ve never had a customer service experience so bad in my life, and what made it worse was that it came from someone carrying the title of manager. Her type of behavior should never be acceptable. It’s never ok to provide that kind of service, especially when people are spending their money. What a way to show a customer appreciation for patronizing the business!

RecommendedWe have visited several Cupcake Wars winners, and Jilly’s is our favorite so far! The cupcakes are huge and beautiful! Our cupcakes were moist (unlike other places) & the centers had a delicious surprise that complimented the toppings. The presentation of the desserts are pleasing to the eye and taste buds! I can’t wait for Jilly’s to start shipping their cupcakes. I’ll be the first on their shipping list!
RecommendedAt 6:00 this evening we drove 30 minutes to take our 3 year old and 10 month old to try Jilly’s cupcakes in Delmar. We arrived 5 minutes after they had locked their doors for the evening. My 3 year old started crying, and the staff ran out to catch us. The manager offered our 3 year old the perfect shimmering pink cupcake. She could not have been happier. I am so grateful for their kindness and cannot wait to return. The customer service was amazing, we did not expect such kindness! You all made our evening. Thank you!

I got off work early, sat in traffic and arrived at 5pm only to find that the ice cream bar closed 2 hours early due to cold weather. Not cool Jilly’s! :(
