We are a local bakery that has been in business in University City at the corner of Delmar and 170 since 2007. In June of 2014, due to the popularity of our ice cream at retail outlets, we opened our brand new premium ice cream bar.

I recently reached out to Jillys privately about a purchase of 6 cupcakes. They were old, stale, and one of them was so hard a fork wouldn’t go through it (Oreo gooey butter.) Whomever runs their social media read my message with no response. With the price of their cupcakes quality should be very important.
service, great assortment, great tasting cup cakes, work of art, and not only cupcakes but great tasting soups, chili and sandwiches don't forget ice cream and cakes that are part stoppers.

You are now open Saturday get the wedding cake made for their wedding. You confirmed a friend’s cake order Hours before their wedding only to cancel 30 minutes later. Would you want that to happen to you or your family.? What a way to absolutely ruin someone’s biggest day. You should be ashamed.
A bride dreams her entire life of what her wedding will be like...the dress, the groom, the CAKE....cancelling someone’s cake the night before their wedding is unreal.
How can you confirm a cake and then 30 mins later call and cancel it?? A bride was looking forward to havi gva cake at her wedding.....smh
Do not let the 45,000 followers fool you. ( these are mostly fake profiles anyway ) This place is garbage. All the way from crappy attitude management to just simply not being able to perform a simple wedding cake with plenty of time to prioritize. cancels wedding cake orders last minute, I don't know how these childlike managers still have a job. Don't let favoritism run your store deeper in the ground.
