We are a local bakery that has been in business in University City at the corner of Delmar and 170 since 2007. In June of 2014, due to the popularity of our ice cream at retail outlets, we opened our brand new premium ice cream bar.

They cancelled a friends wedding cake, 30 minutes after confirming and 13 hours before pickup. Horrible.
Don't TEXT a paying customer the night before their wedding to tell them their cake order will not be made and they can get a refund on Monday.....absolutely the most unprofessional thing I've ever heard of. Beyond dissatisfaction.

This business cancelled a friend’s cake order HOURS before their wedding. Unprofessional and untrustworthy in my opinion.
I can't believe you would cancel someone's wedding cake 13 hours before their big day, 30 mins after they confirmed the pick up time. Not only is that unprofessional but absolutely heartless and cruel! As an event planner and officiant, I am mortified that someone would treat a bride the way you have. Gonna spam the wedding groups to warn them to not bother with you.
RecommendedI wish there was an option for "Wonderful & Friendly Manager" as my favorite thing about Jilly's. Tonight was our first night going. We absolutely LOVED IT! But what I loved most about it (especially as a mom) was that amazing friendly manager that talked to my son and let me brag on him about us celebrating his academic achievements tonight! Thank you sweet lady! We will be back, for sure now... oh, and the cupcakes are delicious!!!
