Rav 4 got scratched up on the hood and sides. Even the passenger side window in the back got scratched so deep it was crazy. Went in to talk to guy in gas station and was told it is normal for minor scratches.

Usually like Jilly’s in Elm Grove but today I was given the lazy Sunday special... as in the girl who was supposed to be hand prepping my car was too lazy to leave the left front side and so only did the front grill and that was it. When I walked in to inquire about this I was told that she was too busy with all the cars to do her job properly and give the customer what is advertised. No apology...just a poor excuse. Think I may try Full Service Car Wash on Bluemound Road in the future.
This is for Pewaukee specifically. I loved this place! The car wash itself is kinda fun, seriously � And I very much appreciate unlimited vacuum time and having towels and carpet/window cleaner available. The free air freshener also rocks. I never really bother washing my car because I've never been impressed by the results, but this one I will definitely revisit!
