The last few times I have brought a vehicle in it still comes out with ground in bugs and dirt…. Very disappointed with such an expensive wash.
RecommendedFirst time here and the guy working it was so nice, so helpful and did a really great job! I didn’t get his name but he was working on May 17th! Highly recommend!
Great pieces and great customer service
This is my favorite gas station. I love getting my car washed here. The staff is exceptional. Don’t forget to tip them for things like cleaning off your car mats! Love it and I will always keep coming back.
I have been a long time customer of Jilly's Car Wash and they are by far the best car wash around. They are the only car wash that offers truly unlimited car wash plans with no daily limits. They have free vacuums for customers as well as bottles of Armor All, glass cleaner, and carpet cleaner. Microfiber towels are also provided for customers. They have 3 locations. The car wash equipment is state of the art and is always clean. I've been a customer for over 10 years, and I have been an employee for a little over 5 years.
I’ve been a member for about a year and get my car washed at the Brookfield location quite often; usually in the AM. Today, since the snow is melting, I figured I would squeeze a wash in before heading home. Big mistake. I don’t know if there was salt rocks stuck to the washers or what but you guys scratched the hell out of my car. Not happy at all. — at Jilly's Car Wash.

The Elm Grove establishment, first shift's customer service personnel at the car wash-TOP NOTCH! The young man and young lady work well together and customer satisfaction is their #1 priority. I failed to get either of their names, but trust me, I often bring my car here and I know who these two fine young persons are. FABULOUS employees whose customer service attitude will create a cause and effect-RETURNING CUSTOMERS!🌟
Visited their car wash on capitol drive in Brookfield. From the staff working to the wash it self and the clean rags and vacuums to do additional cleaning, I would gladly visit again. Thank you!
