Just left. Went for my nephews bday with a large party. We had 12 people. 3 checks. We brought coupons and after we already ordered they told us it was free kid meal night. Bonus! Then after all said and done they said we couldn’t use the coupon/coupons bc we got he free kids meal. It was a $10 off of $50 or more coupon. $170ish bill. I understand not using more than one coupon but come on. Then they automatically added 20% gratuity. I understand adding 15% on parties of 6 or more. Sorry you weren’t happy with the policies. I don’t know too many places that let you use more than one coupon or offer at a time if any. That would’ve been a question to ask when you booked your reservation. I Heard the service was really good for you and everyone liked the food though so that makes me happy. I can’t apologize for our policies because they’re to protect the business as well as our staff. I appreciate you trying us though!
Food was excellent ! Grouper sandwich is a must try. We will be back for sure.
