Love to Tan !!! Love this place!!! The girls are so sweet, the beds are ALWAYS clean, and I never have to wait. Great selection of lotions as well.

Not a good location for sunless I am a sunless customer and hate that this salon operates Mystic Tan only. I recently moved here from the West, where Versa Spa is what everyone uses, and I have been shocked to see that so many people here still use Mystic Tan. I went to Jill's to see if they had any better sunless options than the Mystic, but they confirmed to me that they will only offer this booth. I've used them for tanning since last Fall, always clean and kind! Since COVID, I cannot afford my usual tanning package, and I was able to freeze my account. Manager at the Tryon location was so kind and understanding to me, and gave me a refund for an automatic charge I was not ready for. Everyone in their staff has always been great, but she is exceptional and so kind (I should have remembered her name for sure!). If you have tanning needs, I absolutely recommend them. I was looking for tanning salons and found that Jill's Beach was the closest. Even though there were some negative reviews, I decided to check it out. After being shown around and explained the different types of beds, I decided to sign up for the membership. The girls working there were very helpful and explained everything that I was signing up for. I never felt pressured to spend more money than I wanted to. They did tell me a lot about tanning lotions, but when I declined, that was that, not pushy by any means.

Terrible place. The staff are condescending, nasty and all they do is upsell you. Complained to corporate office and they didn't even send an email back. DON'T go!

Awful! I am a 47 year old woman that was treated like I was a 7 year old kid. I went to the one in Cary and the "girls" working there where condescending and rude. From the minute you walk in the door they try to up-sell you by telling you that you really need the $50.00 bottle of tanning lotion. They do not take no for an answer unless you are very firm. Then, each visit they try to pitch it to you again! I have 2 more tans left and there isn't anyone that could pay me to walk in the door again. I felt abused. Worst experie... read more
