I decided rather late in the summer to sell the house and I was interested in a relatively quick sale. Jill and her team got my property ready (some landscape/deck work was needed), marketed and listed fairly quickly. We had multiple good offers less than a week after being listed. There was some back and forth negotiations during escrow regarding the inspections and several back up offers. I felt Jill did a good job managing all that to my benefit. Overall I’m really pleased with Jill and her team.
