My husband was a patient of Jill's. She was really nice in person at appointments, but we had far too many frustrating and time-consuming miscommunications with her staff about scheduling, medication refills, and follow up care. We are adults and well-versed in handling medical appointments and medications, and we cannot figure out what was not clicking with her practice. We decided that her practice is not a good fit, and my husband is seeking care elsewhere.
