Jill was so unbelievably rude to my wife and I. We put an offer on one of Jill Penman's listings hoping to start a negotiation. Our agent texted Jill the offer, who responded "Don't bother no need to waste our time". There was no counter, no "thank you but the seller will only consider ____". Her response completely turned us off the property. It gives me great joy to see that over two months later and she still hasn't sold the property.
