I have had the pleasure of working with some very professional Realtors over the last 23 years in new construction..... but none as knowledgeable, "on top of it" and gracious as Jill. Jill advocated for her client with kind intensity and was also helpful in "translating" some of the jargon, for her client, that we builders often use...that can be frustrating. I absolutely DEFINITELY would recommend you ask Jill to represent you in your next purchase, especially if you are purchasing new construction.
