Jill was always responsive and with us during the entire process of looking at the house, guiding us through the offer process and suggesting ways we could make our offer more attractive. Once our offer was accepted she either arranged or provided us with the names of services necessary to complete the process. She was extremely responsive to our requests and was always pleasant and patient with us. This was our second experience with Jill as she had sold our house for us five years previously.
