She is extremely rude. We were on a video call with my mother, and she interrupted my mom in mid-sentence and shouted don't argue with me. My mom was not arguing she was just telling her some of what was going on. I have never in my life seen a medical professional be so rude. When I called her out on how she spoke to my 82-year-old mom she hung up the video call. I could not believe it!
