My consultation with Jill was a terrible experience. She moved so quickly, did not provide me with any knowledge about what my symptoms might be, and talked at a million miles per hour. I was met with no empathy, and she just prescribed me with a bunch of tests and lab work without explaining why, or even giving me the option. I would not recommend for anyone trying to figure out their GI issues.

Dr Lane is very easy to talk to and reviews everything going on with you. and sees the whole person, not just about your GI issue.
I was met by Dr Lane at the hospital Urgent Care entrance for admission to the ICU for my rapidly deteriorating condition of viral liver disease. I had been placed on the organ transplant list just days earlier but it was apparent I would never survive the normal 5 month wait. She was a really great listener, which, to me, is the most important trait a doctor can have. She addressed all my worries and scheduled a colonoscopy without any issues. Returned results really quickly. Kind, thoughtful, smart and happy. Look forward to working with her in the future.
