Dr. Heytens is fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable but is also very patient focused. She explained the test process and results clearly so I knew what to expect, what the results were, and how they results applied to my situation and next steps. She also got her report to my referring doctor the same day Can't recommend enough.
Dr Heytens at ProCare was great! She conducted an EMG on me and was unrushed throughout, explaining every step and reviewing the results. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
So glad I found her! After a year and a half of testing in other locations; I believe Dr. Heytens hit the nail on the head. If you’re looking for someone to do an EMG; look no further. Dr. Heytens was very professional yet down to earth. She doesn’t treat patients as another number but more as their each unique case. She looks for answers.
