I have been seeing Dr. Gradner for a long time.....she is compassionate and professional....I highly recommend her.
Expect to wait 4-6 months for an appointment with the doctor. Instead, patients are passed off to an overconfident, incompetent PA,"Sam", who is completely lacking in any critical thinking or listening skills. Referrals are always to other providers in the Community Care network-good for business, not always for patients. Prescriptions are not filed in a timely manner. You can find more competent medical advice by using Google. Do not waste your time or money on this practice. Go elsewhere.

I've been seeing Dr Gradner for 8+years. Dr Gradner has been generous & patient with her consult time, I never feel rushed. She listens deeply and considers my views on treatment. I do health research in my professional life so I come with questions, wanting to be involved with the intervention plan. I feel healthy but my issues are chronic, autoimmune in nature. When she moved, I decided to stick with her, even though it adds 30 minutes to my drivetime. She's very professional and thorough.

Jill is very professionall AND personable. She makes you feel relaxed and not rushed. Her office is conveniently located in the same building as the lab and office where they do mammograms. Very good and convenient! I highly recommend Jill if you are searching for an internal physician.

Dr. Gradner has been my PCP for about 12 years. She is EXCELLENT because she really listens to what I say and she notices problems before I do. Dr. Gradner never brushes me off and always answers all my questions clearly. Her office used to be 4 miles from my home. Now it's 15 miles away, but I stayed with Dr. Gradner (and travel 30 miles RT) because she's that good. I highly recommend her.

I have been her patient for 3 years. First and foremost, she is not a caring physician, has no empathy, is unwilling to help patient in need. I do not understand how Community Care can allow her to practice. In my case, she broke a couple of confidentiality rules, as for example, she recommended councellor with whom she share data about me without authorization to share information. Her staff manners are below acceptable standard. This Doctor simply does not like her patients.
Do not use her. It takes 6 months to get in for a physical. You will receive no reminder phone call of your physical appointment. If you miss that appointment she will terminate you from her practice. I was with her for a very long time. I thought she was a good doctor. She was kind and caring. Now she is more about the dollar it seems. She has changed from what she was years ago.
