Jill is smart and savvy when it comes to real estate. Not surprising since it is practically in her blood. She comes from a Real Estate family (her Mom was a top agent for John L Scott for over 30 years (in the Issaquah market!) She is very knowledgeable and keeps up to date on the ever changing industry. When you tell her what you're looking for in a home she finds it for you. And then she goes to work with her masterful negotiation strategies to get you the home. Added bonus: she's super nice! Wouldn't use anyone else.

I can’t say enough good things about Jill. Her commitment to her clients is unsurpassed, she is ALWAYS available and responsive which is refreshing. With the multiple offers and complex details in buying a house these days you have to have an agent that really works hard for you and knows their stuff and that’s Jill. I have found my forever agent and I refer her to all my friends.

I used Jill to purchase a home and she was everything I wanted my real-estate agent to be. She showed me multiple listings as well as helped me figure out what was important to me as I made this very important decision. Jill was there for my questions throughout the whole process.
