Jill Buckley performed surgery on my father this past September. Not only is he in more pain than he was pre-op, he received minimal follow-up support. During a recent post-op call, Jill questioned why he was calling her and acted defensive about the poor result of her surgery. There was no attempt to address the issue proactively moving forward. I went to Dr. Buckley after much research. A MRI discovered a "nodule" on my prostate. Being concerned, I wanted to see a Urologist that would be able to help me from beginning to end and that is Dr. Buckley. She does not talk at you rather she addresses all of your questions and thoroughly explains what the strategy is for dealing with my issue and what she would recommend doing based upon multiple other testing results. The clinic deceptively charges for diagnostic tests that are not necessary without informing before hand..they just conduct some tests during routine evaluation and then those get billed to you separately increasing the charges to 5 times
