Jill made things extremely easy for us! Working mostly via email, which is what worked best for us. The entire selling/buying process was extremely smooth with no hiccups! Jill and her assistant Peg were an absolute joy to work with. Jill made sure to explain all the details of our new home loan before we signed anything for closing. Jill and Peg are the best. During our closing we had some drama. We had to remove a septic tank and connect to the sewer line in order to close. The contractor we hired to do the job ended up being high maintenance. Due to COVID-19, the process to get his check changed. He didn't like the process and was blowing up my phone as well as our lawyers phone. Jill was super calm and handled the situation.
