Jill is an excellent agent!! She made my whole house selling process smooth. Even though we bumped into few issues along the closing process, Jill would always be there for me to answer any questions that I had. It was my first time selling a house, and it was a probate sale. I had no clue what I needed to do. Jill took care of all the extra paperwork that were needed for the probate sale, and also helped me talked to my tenants to get the house ready for sale.
