Jill is a fantastic realtor who helped us sell our property in Baltimore and buy a property in Rockville.. She is very conscientious, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Jill thoroughly explained the entire real estate selling and buying process. She completed each step in that process in a timely manner. It is hard to explain just how great Jill is as a realtor and a person. She works extremely hard to sell your property and to make sure you find exactly the property you are seeking. She goes well over and above what is required of a great realtor.
Jill helped me to both buy and sell my home, and went above and beyond to make sure that I had a comprehensive sense of the local market, as well as realistic expectations for timeline and negotiations in a challenging DC suburbs market. She negotiated skillfully and fairly on my behalf, and i ended up extremely happy with my home. She also helped me to find an excellent contractor, without ever pressuring decisions. Jill was absolutely amazing to work with. She was incredibly responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy throughout the entire process. My in-laws were purchasing a home in Leisure World (Silver Spring, Maryland) and Jill really went above and beyond to help them secure the place they truly wanted.
