Technician was not friendly. On the way home, warning alarm started sounding off. I pulled off the road to see what was the matter only to find out technician failed to close the hood of my car. I always get my smog test done here. First time this happened. Usually technician very friendly. He must have been having a bad morning

I’d gone to this place yesterday late afternoon for a smog check and this young man demanded that I get out of my vehicle. He said that it was a DMV law or policy that I step out of my vehicle in order for him to perform the emission test (which is not true). I told him that I’d gone to this place for the past couple years and I’d never had to step out (or asked to step out) of my vehicle. He said that I could either do as he says or go somewhere else. Anything having to do with my car always really stresses me out, takes forever, and confuses me. Michael got my car smogged and registration renewed in less than 5 minutes. I didn't have to do anything. I'm not going anywhere else from now on.
