This place sucks. Fat lazy smog attendant called me a stupid bitch. I'm going to get him fired. Big fat fuck.
Excellent service and friendly staff. Didn't try and rip me off by selling me things I didn't need.
In and out 15 minutes. They found all my information easy. Polite and courteous. $74 for synthetic blend is a bit too much.
Well, the guy was nice. The service was quick. However, they send out bogus coupons. Tried getting my free car wash for choosing them over the others and nope, denied. Not cool. Stop sending out coupons if you won't honor them.
I used to come to this Jiffy Lube for all routine maintenance. This will be my last time... They take longer each time and don't offer any apology for the wait. Sitting in the waiting room right now with 2 other annoyed customers. I was told 30-40 minutes for an oil change. It's now been an hour and a half and I'm still here. No word from any employee as to why. Annoyed and will definitely not be back.
