went to get an oil change on may3 as I was lining the car into position the attendant was rude and disrespectful because the car didnt line up correctly, as if I was putting him out of his way, so I backed up and left.My money and time can be spent on a company that doesn't hire people like that.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Jiffy Lube. I’ve been a long time customer with them but this is really testing my loyalty to Jiffy lube

Excellent service and friendly staff. Didn't try and rip me off by selling me things I didn't need.
In and out 15 minutes. They found all my information easy. Polite and courteous. $74 for synthetic blend is a bit too much.
I used to come to this Jiffy Lube for all routine maintenance. This will be my last time... They take longer each time and don't offer any apology for the wait. Sitting in the waiting room right now with 2 other annoyed customers. I was told 30-40 minutes for an oil change. It's now been an hour and a half and I'm still here. No word from any employee as to why. Annoyed and will definitely not be back.
