Was asked to leave Jiffy Smog by kid working there because I refused to wear a mask in outdoor fresh air. Will find a smog place that doesn’t require a mask for a smog check. Eastern Ave and Horizon Ridge.
went to get an oil change on may3 as I was lining the car into position the attendant was rude and disrespectful because the car didnt line up correctly, as if I was putting him out of his way, so I backed up and left.My money and time can be spent on a company that doesn't hire people like that.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Jiffy Lube. I’ve been a long time customer with them but this is really testing my loyalty to Jiffy lube
RecommendedGreat place to get your car inspected no hassles the people know what they're doing they do their job and they let you get on your way. they also have a nice air-conditioned waiting room.
Unprofessional and inconsistent. I guess I should’ve expected as much as the employees appear to be miserable and they don’t actually know anything about cars. They follow their checklist and it’s a roll of the dice as to whether or not you’ll pass. They’ve inspected my vehicle for several years. It’s always had the dealers tint on the front windows, never a problem. This time it failed due to the tint being “too dark.” Why didn’t it fail at the dealership? I have been getting my vehicles & trailers inspected here since they opened. After I was treated today, I’ll never go back. They sell wipers & they tried to tell me that I needed new wipers when obviously I didn’t and failed me for it. I don’t appreciate them attempting to fleece me. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Dekra Emissions on jonesboro road gives the absolute worse service on the planet. They are extremely rude and yell at you if you say anything. I sent a complaint in to their corporate. Do not give them your business unless you wish to be screamed at, yelled at, talked down too, and completely disrespected on your birthday. #Dekra #DekraEmissions
