Requested estimate to replace two packaged terminal air conditioning units. I was quoted $7000. I purchased both units myself for $2200 and did a DIY install in about an hour for both after watching a YOUTUBE video. It was simple really. Not sure what was being offered for $4800 by this company.
Just the minute you start trusting them they turn on a dime. I had gotten Fireplace services done from them that were still clean as they were hardly used last season. Because remotes were not working the serviceman came and took less than 20 min to change batteries or do whatever and they still charged me full service fee for 2 fireplaces. Paid almost $400 just a few weeks ago and one of them still doesn’t work. Not to be trusted for service though Oscar the scheduler is wonderful.
