My old plumber Josue moved to another state and he was so kind to recommend me Louis. I am a repeat customer now with Jiffy plumbing. Him and his son are honest, respectful and gave me a reasonable price on 2 different jobs, toilet install and pipe repair. I will continue to use them and recommend them to any future customers.
TL,DR: a plumber from Jiffy Plumb came to my house, damaged my toilet, and spread literal feces water through my home. Then the owner called me a liar for sharing the experience. I called Jiffy Plumb and spoke to Lou (who I understand to be the owner) because one of my home heating zones (hot water baseboard) was not working. The plumber determined the problem right away: our septic tank is located right by an old oak tree (which might have been a baby oak as our house was built in 1933), and the pipe going outdoors to the tank had tree roots in it. He cleaned out the roots and our problem was solved - no more backup into our basement! We are very pleased with his work, not to mention that he was a very polite, but friendly man!
My experience with Jiffy Plumb was excellent. I’ve used them for years on my rental property and they are consistently reliable and reasonable. I highly recommend their service!
I have used Jiffy Plums service for several years. The owner is not only professional but an expert in his craft. No matter what the service calls for, he responds timely and is always in a pleasant mood. Which is rare these days. This is a pic of the last service I had done by them. They did a fantastic job. They never disappoint. I recommend them to everyone who has plumbing needs.
