Today was my worst experience there. Usually 100%. After I left my oil change ended up with a flat tire, so apparently the technician took air out of my tire. Passenger side rear. Valve cap was not put back on. Thanks to a good samaritan pointing it out to me. No excuse for things like this to happen to a senior.
