Timely, professional and polite
I used Jiffy Lube once 25 years ago and had a bad experience vowing to never go back. Just recently I was in a time crunch, out of town, and found myself taking my Yukon to Jiffy Lube in Corona for an oil change. I was greeted immediately even before exiting the vehicle. Initially I was put off by the $125 charge. Yet without exaggeration less than 10 min later after the oil change, brake, steering fluids topped off, floors vacuumed, tires inflated, a full explanation of services performed, and payment, I was on my way home.... read more
