It posts 15 minute service. I was there for 50 minutes. I’ve been coming to Jiffy Lube for 30+ years. Not anymore!! The tech got oil from his pants onto the driver’s side leather seats. How do I know it was him? I just washed both the outside and inside of the car two day ago and the oil marks weren’t there, nor were they there when I dropped off my car. The tech made every excuse in the book why it wasn’t done by them. It was him. They offered me several synthetic options before coming back to tell me I had to use the most ... read more
