I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and while speaking with the employee, he gave me an estimate on what the filters would cost if they needed to be replaced. I specifically told him, “If they need to be replaced, please give me a call so I can agree to which ones I want done.” They never called. Instead, an hour later I got a call saying my car was ready and the total was $211.
